There is a lot of credibility in the New Zealand aviation industry. Over 1000 aircraft have been manufactured in New Zealand. Singapore Airshow, 2 to 7 Feb 2010. There us a New Zealand Aviation Industry stand at this prestigious international event.
AAAE Conference, Queenstown, 15 to 17 Feb 2010. This major North American conference and associated trade display is being organised by Queenstown >Airport, Airports New Zealand and Aviation NZ.
Profiling the capabilities of New Zealand companies. Go to the services part of the website and use its search features to check out the significant aviation capabilities that exist in New Zealand.
NZ MRO Project. This builds on research completed in January 2009 and the workshop held in Auckland in June. The aim is to grow the scale of the MRO industry in NZ.
Aviation Training Project. This aims to grow NZ capabilities so that the industry becomes a more credible supplier to international airlines.
India Programme, The Trade mission 2 to 6 November 2009. has resulted in the development of a longer term programme for that market.
Free Trade Agreements. We remain vitally interested in the development of a New Zealand/India Free Trade Agreement and an EU/NZ Open Skies Agreement.
