Safe Air is a one stop turnkey solution provider for maintenance, repair and overhaul with capability for engines, airframes and components. We have more than 55 years experience in the aviation industry with a customer base that is worldwide and includes both the military and commercial sectors. 40% of our work is derived from off shore customers.
We have one of the region's most comprehensive airframe and component maintenance facilities for both military and regional aircraft, with a complete suite of services on one site. Our operational base is a purpose-built military MRO facility. We provide services from routine through to heavy level maintenance for most types of fixed wing aircraft and rotorcraft. We repair and overhaul:
• Engines, propellers and airframes;
• Mechanical, electrical and avionic components
We are also an approved design and manufacturing organisations with the expertise, tools and infrastructure to develop and certify customer specific solutions.
We have a strong track record of delivering completed aircraft and components on time and finished to a high standard. We ensure personal attention to detail in everything we do to deliver trouble-free aviation maintenance and manufacturing solutions to our customers.

The only authorised service centre for Dowty and Hamilton Sundstrand. Safe Air offers specialist services for both metal and composite propellers. Safe Air is also a full service heavy maintenance facility for Lockheed Martin C130, P3 Orion, Boeing 737, Bell UH1 and Rolls Royce T56.
