We provide legal and corporate advisory services in relation to a wide range of aviation related transactions. We’ve worked on projects involving participants in 34 countries relating to portfolio acquisitions, securitisations, joint ventures, cross-border financings, a listing on the New York Stock Exchange and forward order purchase contracts with aircraft and engine manufacturers in Europe and the United States. The principals have over 25 years combined professional experience that includes a eight year stint with one of the world’s largest aircraft leasing companies based in the Netherlands.
